Vehicle type is the biggest factor. Standard petrol and diesel cars are the most straightforward. Luxury vehicles like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Range Rover, and Porsche need AGM-compatible equipment. This equipment is more expensive to operate and maintain. If your car has a modern ECU system, the technician also needs to take extra precautions, and that is reflected in the price.
Location and accessibility also play a role. Central areas like Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and DIFC are the quickest and simplest to reach. Basement and underground parking jobs take longer due to access restrictions. Highway and roadside situations need extra safety gear per RTA guidelines. So, those costs are higher.
Time of day matters too. A small night surcharge applies for calls between 10pm and 6am. It’s always disclosed before anyone is dispatched, never added to your invoice as a surprise.
Battery replacement is priced separately from the jump start itself. If our post-jump diagnosis shows your battery is failing, we’ll quote you for a Bosch, Exide, or Amaron replacement on the spot. You decide whether to proceed with no pressure either way.
